The room was very nice and spacious. It had a microwave and a coffee maker which I greatly appreciated. The front desk staff was very nice. I loved the quality and smell of Dove shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and esthetically pleasant. Free parking and airport shuttle. Overall, very nice hotel. If it wasn't for the issue with the cleaning staff, I would have given this hotel the highest rating.

The pool and hot tub were very clean and inviting. And, such a cozy bed...I wanted to buy the pillows from the hotel!!! The staff was friendly. The location is great if you need to get to the airport...it is right across the street. Although I did not require a flight during my trip if I ever need to stay close to the airport I would stay at Wingate Fletcher again.

This airport was quite literally right across the street from the airport and was extremely convenient for us as we decided to book a stay solely because we were flying out early.

Great location to the Asheville airport and the hotel shuttle started running at 4:30 AM! Awesome for those first flights out. The hotel is just across the street from the airport, so we were there in 5 minutes. We actually could have taken a slightly later shuttle for our 6:10 AM flight. We did not hear any plane noise from our room--a real plus! Although the breakfast wasn't out yet at 4:30, there was coffee and tea to get the day started (apples and oranges were available, too). This hotel is very convenient, clean and the perfect choice if you just need a place to sleep before a flight.

I had previously stayed here before so I knew what to expect. The beds are comfortable and clean. The general environment of the hotel is calm and the staff was kind. I like that the doors are locked and you can only get in with a keycard.

Great location close to the airport. They have a shuttle that you can take from 4:30am to 12:00am, but it's also possible to walk to the airport if you prefer. It's also possible to leave your car there and pay for parking daily using the QR code you find at the reception. Room is basic but comfortable, not exceptional but definetely has what's needed for a good night of sleep.

We were traveling from Asheville airport to Philadelphia for Thanksgiving. Wingate allowed us to park at their hotel for an extra day so that we wouldn’t have to scramble for an airport parking spot. Plus your shuttle took us to and from the airport (we were generous with our tips to the drivers). That was a very kind thing to do and we are appreciative. Thank you and Merry Christmas. The front desk clerk was very helpful and sweet. It had a scuttle to the airport at 4:30 am. It was clean. Had a shelf in the shower to put your personal shampoo on, which is a rare find. Soft fluffy towels. Good hot water with lots of pressure.

Breakfast was good for the powdered eggs as all hotels seem to do. Different options for breakfast better than many I have had. Room was clean and excellent. Daily bed made up along with fresh towels. Location is excellent to eating and anything else you might need. Value for the stay was excellent, will be back.
